Responsibilities:

Conduct physical therapy assessments and evaluations.

Develop and implement treatment plans based on students needs.

Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and mobility strategies.
Requirements:

Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.

Active Arizona Physical Therapy License required.
